Makerspace (메이커스페이스)

Today we will introduce Makerspace. It is a unique space

where students can turn their ideas into physical creations,

such as paper prints, 3D figurines, fabric printing, and more.

The main goal of Makerspace is to give our creativity-filled students the means to share

their creations with the world.

The prices are much cheaper than those of any other printing center in town,

and the convenience of having an on-campus facility plays a crucial role in the decision-making

process for many artists at Chungkang.

There is also a Makerspace store inside.

Like any other respectable school,

Chungkang has its own merchandise.

Varsity jackets and caps in different colors, pins, embroidered patches, stickers, socks,

and many more items can be found right here in the store.

Moreover, Makerspace Studio provides students with a platform for selling their products through

the Monthly Makers Program.

The Monthly Makers Program accepts applications from current students and graduates of our university,

selects makers based on their submissions, and supports them in product development,

production, sales, and exhibition activities. This is a great opportunity for young artists to try

themselves in business and learn more about their audience.

Makerspace Studio is located on the second floor of

Eoulim Hall and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.,

with a lunch break from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
