The CKCI School of Animation is consistently ranked among the global Top 25 Animation Schools by Animation Career Review, earning international recognition for excellence. We cultivate creative professionals in animation and screen media through specialized tracks across directing, art, animation, 3D graphics, motion graphics, and VFX.
With one of Korea’s largest animation studio complexes, a professional sound recording suite, an immersive 24/7 studio environment, and an exceptional faculty with domestic and international production experience, we deliver intensive, practice-oriented education in close cooperation with industry partners through internships, industry projects, and expert workshops. We also host international workshops and collaborate with leading global schools and companies to nurture creators with both artistic vision and production-ready skills.
Students build films and creative works every year through project classes alongside specialized coursework in art & design, planning & directing, 2D animation, and 3D CGI. Works are presented on and off campus, strengthening each student’s creative capacity.
Over 50 professors and instructors—including 20 full-time faculty—bring deep, field-tested expertise across the animation pipeline to ensure top-tier education.
Our 200-seat studio complex provides personal and team workspaces, enabling students to fully immerse themselves in production.
Studios remain open 24 hours for project work, supporting self-directed learning and sustained creative output beyond scheduled classes.
We run real-time online tutoring and masterclasses with professionals from Pixar, Disney, DreamWorks, Sony Pictures Animation, Blizzard, EA, 2K Games, and more. Partnerships include University of the Arts London (UK), Nanyang Polytechnic (Singapore), Creative Talent Network (USA), and Pixiv (Japan).
Each semester, faculty provide 1:1 or group critiques and progress reviews, helping students refine strengths, explore career paths, and build professional portfolios.
